I’ve been using this mouse for a year, and I absolutely love it. It’s been a life saver when working with supported 3D apps. My wrist and hand thank the manufacturer. Saves so much clicking and weirdly holding a regular or trackball mouse to move 3D objects in space. Highly recommend for anyone in 3D. Check with your software mfr to determine whether it’s supported.

I use the SpaceMouse for Fusion360. For that purpose, it’s amazing. Of course, it’s not an actual mouse, so it’s an expensive item for a specialized purpose. That said, it does its job super well. It makes navigating 3D space much easier. If you do a lot of work in 3D spaces, it’s worth it, but not mandatory by any means.

I have easily switched from keyboard to SpaceMouse. The software helps you to adapt just like 2-3 days. And then you realize it was the missing piece of your work environment. I recommend everyone using modeling software.

I think this is the best 3D Mouse for Solidworks or Inventor hands down! I have the 3Dconnexion Spacemouse Pro and SpaceNavigator and I really don’t use all the function buttons anyway. Using a 3D Mouse saves lots of time. I have searched the internet for a better price, but B&H Photo beats them ever time! Thanks B&H
