I found this screen cover to let me work for longer times at my computer as my eyes don’t feel as strained. I don’t like the fact you have to put adhesive on the screen directly but it works.

I purchased the anti-glare filter for an Apple Cinema Display to cut the highly reflective screen. The filter does a good job of cutting the reflection but it drastically reduces the sharpness. Text is very fuzzy. Photos appear a little soft.
