the holder is very cute with the design, but it missed the mark to be functional. It turns as you pull the paper towels. The base should have been more weighted/heavy or have suction on it as some do. It just spins as you try to pull the paper towel off the roll. but if you are not worried about what angle the top piece is in or where it spins to, it was a great price on sale and again looks good. You also have to unscrew the top piece every time you replace the paper towels, there is no way to slide them on quickly.
