I was very disappointed in this product. The pieces would not screw together which left the tiers non-secured and wobbly. I had to purchase wood filler and gorilla glue in order to secure the tiers and the base to the wooden rods.

The directions were easy enough to understand but the screw ends that go into the next tier were very short which made them unstable. I ended up having to use wood glue on each tier just to keep the thing together. And I have to pick it up by the bottom tier instead of the ring at the top, otherwise the whole thing would come apart.

Saw this tray featured on a blog but it had already sold out from wherever the blog had it linked to purchase. A friend found it on the Home Decorators website and I was so excited!! We both ordered one and I absolutely love it. I was worried after one review was negative but I have been incredibly happy with mine. Easy to assemble. It is larger than I thought which is great for my large kitchen island. The trays are level, no issue there. It is sturdy but if you shake it it does have some give, but it doesn’t seem like a problem to me at all. The metal around the trays is attached with nails/rivets/not sure what the right word is so in some places it isn’t perfectly flush with the wood but it doesn’t bother me. It also isn’t as shiny silver as the photo appears but I’m still happy with it. Overall I would highly recommend it. I’m still working to style mine with accessories but it still looks great in the meantime!

This 3 tiered server is a gorgeous color and made of interesting materials. I love the depth of the trays and the space between them because it allows me unlimited choices of objects to display on it. The server gives height as a centerpiece on my table. I would definitely buy it again.

Firstly, I really like this product – it looks great. With that being said, in order to put the trays together, we had to do some extra work. The screws that are supposed to be threaded together to connect the whole thing were too short, so couldn’t thread into the next piece. We had to use pliers to unscrew them a bit to obtain the needed additional length. The bottom piece is also wobbly, so we will have to use some glue to secure it. I really like the look of this, though, so am OK with doing the additional work to put it together securely.
