Connect peripherals such as wireless keyboard and mouse adapters to the USB 2.0 while reserving the USB 3.1 Gen 1 Type-A and Type-C ports for external storage drives and other compatible devices to transfer data at up to 5 Gb/s. An external display can be connected to the HDMI port for a larger viewing experience and to multitask applications. Video chat with others using the built-in 720p webcam, dual microphones, and stereo speakers. I suspect this was a closeout, but it works fine. I put extra Crucial memory from B&H in it, an extra 16 GB, and it is FAST! Does not bog down on huge spreadsheets. Boots up fast! Rugged and sturdy. Very happy with it. Had room for a 2.5 drive, so now I have loads of disk space storage.

I don’t know if this is defective or what but I get video output from HDMI on laptop, but connecting to USB-C on laptop to docking station and then from the docking station’s HDMI port I get nothing, no video. Loved the laptop but no video out from USB-C ??? It’s really strange because from what I read if you have USB-C 3.1 or higher it supports video out, this either is defective or does not. Very disappointing.

This laptop looks nice and it works expected up to now. Per some other comments, it’s advisable to uninstall those apps that preinstalled but not needed. Still in the middle of installing tools I may need and hope that it’ll not slow down and continue to work as expected.
