The V246HL bmdp 24" Widescreen LED Backlit LCD Monitor from Acer features DVI, VGA and DisplayPort inputs, simplifying the process of setting up and configuring this monitor. Once configured, you can take advantage of the enhanced 1920 x 1080 resolution that provides a clear, sharp picture. Along with enhanced resolution, you also benefit from a 5ms response time that ensures reduced lag when watching movies and videos, and a dynamic contrast ratio of 100,000,000:1 that provides darker darks and brighter light colors. This display supports 170° horizontal and 160° vertical viewing angles, allowing this monitor to be viewed from a variety of positions.

These monitors are great for the price and have plenty of features. One of the few PC monitors in this price range that actually uses DisplayPort (which is great), plus it has built in speakers that are decent as far as monitors go. One downside of the monitor is that you can’t really manually select an input source. If your current input source goes dead, it automatically begins cycling through the inputs to try and find a signal (this makes getting into the BIOS on a fast computer a little annoying).
