This AmpliFi router comes compatible with 802.11a/b/g/n/ac Wi-Fi network standards and operates on the 2.4 GHz band supporting data speeds of up to 450 Mb/s and the 5 GHz band supporting data speeds up to 1300 Mb/s. Additionally, users benefit from up to 26 dBm transmit power along with a dual-band tri-polarity antenna providing a strong, reliable signal. Along with enhanced wireless connectivity, users can connect Ethernet-enabled devices to any of the four Gigabit Ethernet ports located on the back of the router.

The router and accompanying app for Android are simply fantastic. The wireless signal is quite strong, even without a mesh point, which can always be purchased in the future. The smartphone app allows me to monitor use and set a different password for guests. As an audiophile, I also find that there is less ethernet noise in my stereo system with regard to streaming music. This product is a real winner.

I have three of these cubes in Mesh. I have one in my basement connected to the internet. A second cube in my office with a printer and desktop connected via wired ethernet, and a third one in my media room wired to my TV. I really like the display on each unit telling how much is downloading and uploading, really cool. Performance in every part of my home is 150mbps up and down. Highly recommend!
