With the Angelbird 1TB SSD2GO PKT MK2 External SSD, you’ll be able to transfer files quickly and efficiently while on the go. Using a USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C connector, the SSD2GO PKT MK2 supports a sequential read speed of up to 560 MB/s and a sequential write speed of up to 530 MB/s. It also has a sustained read speed of up to 540 MB/s and a sustained write speed of 500 MB/s. The USB Type-C connector is also compatible with Thunderbolt 3, but will be limited to USB 3.2 Gen 2, which is 10 Gb/s. This SSD also has TRIM support for Mac and Windows. The compact design is bus powered so you won’t need to plug into a power outlet. The enclosure is also shock, dust, splash water and temperature proof. It also has ESD and overload protection.

What can i say about this ssd, well it cost my money on film sets and video shoots. the ssd would get curpted during transfer to computer and sometimes from filming. and costing me re shoots. i did a big model video shoot and the files got curpted from the transfer to computer. having to explain to the productions or model that we lost all that work. this has happen number times. honest opinion stay away from this ssd.

By far the best external SSD I have ever used. Transfer speeds do NOT flinch one bit and recording with this bad boy on the BMPCC 6K is a breeze. It handles 6K RAW like butter! Step up the T5 investing and get with these guys, wonderful product!

Small external SSD drive plugs in via USB-C. We purchased on to go with our ATEM Mini Pro for recording. Works very well for our needs. Its a champ! A little pricey compared to other 1TB drives but with the write speed and the size its hard to complain.

This was a recommended drive to use with the ATEM Mini Extreme ISO and it has worked very well. The permanently attached cable had me a little concerned but it has good strain relief. The included USB3 adapter is very sturdy with a tight fit.

I bought one of these for my Black Magic 6k. Hooked up fine and ingested the media fine but every time I hooked it up to my computers to dump and would say error on drive, and the few times I got it to transfer it would only transfer at around 40 mb/s. I cannot risk losing media on a shoot for a bad drive. Luckily BH Photo took it right back and sent me a Samsung T5. Testing it out now.

I’ve been using this drive for the backup of important files for work, (audio, video, graphics, assorted documents, etc.) and it has been absolutely great!! Speeds are exceptional, and the enclosure is perfect. The recessed USB-C port makes certain that there is no worry that your drive may come unplugged at an inopportune time, and with how tiny this thing is you can keep it anywhere. The biggest thing that drew me to Angelbird is their free data recovery service for all of their products. They stand behind their stuff and I can see why!!
