   I needed to replace my #124 APC Replacement Battery because the old one was dead. It was 5 or 6 years old. B&H had the lowest price. I also didn’t have to pay a shipping fee or sales tax. It arrived a day earlier then the estimated delivery date. I really couldn’t ask for more.

   I cannot tell how to properly remove the old battery & install the new one from the instructions that came with it. At best, its not user-friendly; at worst, the instructions dont match the model I have. These changes outs require idiot proof step-by-step narrative instructions & I wish I had some. NLC

    I had no issues installing the battery to my ups and it’s working perfectly, I had to reset the battery date on the ups using the Powerchute Personal Edition so the UPS can recognize the new battery the packaging box almost fell apart since one tape couldn’t handle the weight of the battery or the shipping service didn’t handle it carefully but I think the box needs more than one tape and stronger too for heavy items, also I’m glad it made it safely though

    My last review of this was in 2016 when I bought one for my 1500VA UPS. The UPS reported the battery was no longer good. The replacement seems to work well.
