Solid product and APC makes great UPS units. The only area for improvement to me is twofold; 1) Mark the outside of the battery with the model number (Ex: RBC15) so it’s easy to match-up when ordering. 2) Make the sticker on the outside of the UPS unit larger or at least the font larger so that when you need to reference the model number and serial number, they’re easy to read.

Installation was easy. There wasn’t any label incuded for the return of the spent battery (for recycling). I had to navigate to another section to find the label and print it. Recommend that the return label for recycling the spent battery be included with the shipment.
