In my opinion the unit should have cable in/out and better instructions. Still haven’t gotten Powerchute software to work with my system. Disappointing as the main reason was for auto shutdown during power loss, I have a 12 bay NAS

Really great product with the right features for a good price. Easy to set up and does what it is supposed to do. Exactly what’s needed for a small business to stay up and working.

I needed a great price, and fast delivery. I got both at B&H photo!

The unit is capable of actual smart functionality but the network card is not included and is rather expensive. The included smart functionality is design for companies that want to automat the battery ordering process when the batteries begin to fail but otherwise appears mostly useless.

This unit really saved my business in the time of need

I only needed a few minutes of run time (I have a generator) and this is a nice compact rack mount that will keep things up during the transition.
