I replaced the CS-2500 with CS-2500P version and for some reason this filter comes out cloudy and the only way to get rid of this is to open the valve full blast and let it run for 5 to 10 seconds. I didn’t have this issue with the CS-2500. I contacted APEC and they said to let it run several minutes but at some point it will reduce the life of the filter not to mention the timeliness of getting a glass of water.
