I bought the Futura-10 back in July 2018 and its the best system I’ve had. Before this I had a Kenmore brine system and couldn’t use it on the plants around the house. We feel cleaner and our pants are loving it. I was very skeptical when I first purchased but glad I did. We have 2 people in a 1424sq ft home and 2 bathrooms. It has been great so far. I would do it again.

I had purchased the APEC RO and APEC Futura-10 whole house filter system back in Nov. 2017. After 12 months of use, I just replaced the RO filters a few days ago. To my surprise, the filters are fairly clean! The first filter had shown a little brownish color of dirt trapped inside and both carbon are about the same color. I guess the Futura system and the add-on whole house filter really did a good job cleaning most of the dirt.

This is an amazing product, I was not expecting a lot from this product due to that it is still not exactly the same as a softener I think. But the first day that I installed it I noticed a difference during my showers. I stepped out of the shower feeling refreshed, skin is soft and not so tight and dry as before, so I don’t need to immediately put on lots of lotions like before; plus my hair is so soft and slippery. Even though they did not advertise these nice effects, but I am getting them! What a plesant surprise.Good job APEC!.

I have had my Futura 10 system for about 6 months now and I do notice less white scale buildup in my sinks and shower. Also the ugly white water lines that build up at the top of my 30 gallon fish tank are noticeable less and I can clean it much easier. Since you were so kind to include a free carbon filter, I can also add my tap water directly to the tank without worrying about toxic chlorine hurting my fish. Overall I’m very happy with the water quality and my guppies are too!

purchased 4/29/2020 was looking to do a “softer” for a while but did like the though of hauling salt etc. i had to repair a leak in the main water line and reoute the main into and thru the garage so the plumber suggested the salt free (their stock) but home depot had this on sale etc. iwas able to see that with a little effort i could do the install my self With the GREAT HELP from APEC i did my self i did mess up a seal or 2 but APEC sent replacement RIGHT away so far it apears to do the job of softering water

I bought this water along with the whole house max system. It was frustrating hooking these units up because the inlet on both systems are on opposite sides. I would think that since these systems are often sold together that the inlet and outlet ports would be identical since they would be connected in succession.They say that after installing the systems there may be an odor from the lines de-scaling. It’s been 3 1/2 months and I still have a bad odor coming from the faucets.
