It took more time to install than I expected yet I am happy with the results. The system has been operational in our home for one week now and we love the way the water tastes. We purchased the Hi flo system and it lives up to its name. The water dispenses very rapidly which is wonderful when filling a water pitcher or jug. Obviously I cannot comment on the durability or longevity of this product yet, but I am very pleased with what I am seeing right now.

Replaced a 14 year old 5 stage system with the fast flow RO 5 stage system. Nice improvements on the faucet quality and love the fast flow. Excellent system and customer service. My only complaint is the system not including a cheap plastic tool to tighten the nut on the faucet shank. I spent the majority of my time finding the right tool for that part of the job. I ultimately had to buy a basin wrench to finish the job. If you have RO water from your system to your fridge, you’ll need to buy a 3/8″ x 1/4″ x 3/8″ tee or purchase the icemaker kit. Other than that, installation is straightforward. No leaks. System works great.
