I couldn’t be happier with my purchase of this system. This is the only system that I have seen that has this type of technology that enhances the performance of low pressure installation. I only have about 35 psi water pressure and no electrical outlet nearby. So I ordered this system and installed it yesterday. It looks fantastic and performs perfectly. I was impressed that the TDS meter was included in the package while I purchased this system. My tap water was 150 ppm and now down to 20 ppm. Great system! Highly recommend it.

This was the first RO system that I’ve installed. The under sink install was easy and took about an hour. The hardest part was removing the existing soap dispenser to use its hole for the RO faucet. The pump does may a quiet thump style noise while filling the tank. For me, it is a non-issue. If given a choice, I would purchase the same system again.We’ve been using the filter for a week and can tell the difference between the taste of tap water the the RO water.

We’ve only had it installed for about 2 weeks now. I love it. It makes great tasting water. My husband did the install on his own. He thought he would need a plumber, but once he started he was able to finish it. He did not hook it up to a refrigerator. It was noisy for the first 12 hours , but now just hear it for a bit after filling up water glasses and bottles. The only dislike I have is the handle on the facet is small. It could be an inch longer and wider.

Installed 3 weeks ago and the water tastes good. I don’t notice noise from the permeate pump like other reviews complain of. Glad I upgraded to the 14gal tank and 3/8” lines. However, I was disappointed that the feed line to the RO system wasn’t also 3/8”. The water from my water softener to the RO system has a consistent TDS of 72. The water coming out of my RO perm system jumps around between 32 and 46 TDS. I expected a lower TDS or at least a consistent low 30 TDS test result.

I have owned 2 reverse osmosis systems in the past. Neither of them had enough pressure to feed my refrigerator ice maker, which is fairly far away from the kitchen sink, where the system is installed. This APEC unit not only refills the drinking water tank quickly, but has more than enough pressure to feed the line going to my refrigerator for the ice maker. It is a powerful unit and we simply love it! I is one of the best buying decisions I have ever made!

I bought an RO-Perm to replace a 17 year old 3M Water Factory 4 stage system. The install went very smoothly in my basement – no issues at all. The lager 3/8” tubing with the permeate pump provide an excellent stream of water at the three dispensing areas I hooked up on the main level of my house.The water quality is excellent and is tastes great as well. Much better than what I was getting with my older system.I am extremely happy with this purchase.

I bought this system to replace my existing RO system about a month ago. I couldn’t be more pleased! Over the last twenty years, I’ve had three other systems by other manufactures and none of them has provided the quantity or pressure that this system produces. My system is located in my basement with other equipment and is piped to two sinks and a refrigerator on the first floor. We are on a well with 40-60 psi water pressure and in the past our RO would just trickle out of the dispensers…now there is great flow.

I replaced a 23-year-old 3-stage system with the RO-PERM and the optional 3/8″ Quick Discharge Upgrade. We are on a private well and the water pressure in the house varies from 40 to 65 psi.Between the Permeate Pump and the 3/8″ upgrade, the system now easily meets all the needs of our icemaker and the tap at the sink. The increase in pressure actually resulted in a minor leak in a connection that was not disturbed or changed during the installation. It was easily remedied.I installed the system in the basement to utilize the existing 3/8″ delivery tubing; it is mounted about 10′ below the faucet. After the initial flushing of the system, the performance was not as good as I had expected. However, after a day of use, all of the system’s air was purged, things settled down, the leak was repaired, and now the performance is everything that I had hoped. The water tastes wonderful!This system with the 3/8″ upgrade is for anyone enduring low water pressure from an R/O system.
