We love our APEC Water System. We replaced the Kinetico that was installed when we built our home that was over $2500 with this system and give it an excellent rating. I had questions before purchasing it and called customer service. They communicated quickly and exceeded my expectations. We have had this system since February and wouldn’t have any other one. This is a great value and easy to install.

Been a customer since 2005 and noticed the customer reviews just now. I just wanted to say for years, me and my family have been happy with this system. We always replace the filters and so far nothing is bad. Installation straight forward, just be sure to measure if you get the bigger tank before trying to fit under the sink. It didn’t work out so well but nothing with some extra parts to relocate it. Best investment of my life. Get the bigger tank if you can, you will have more water on hand should the need arise also.

We had a Culligan system for several years and it did an OK job. However, our new APEC system with permeate pump is w-a-y better. I looked at a number of systems and found that most of them were cheap junk, made in China; something I would never buy for drinking purposes. We’re very happy with the system and the ease of installation. No problems, no leaks, just great water. We’re thinking of buying two more for our kids at Christmas time. Thanks for making a great “American made” product.

UPS dropped off the very well packaged system and a little over an hour later it was installed. Great instructions make it so simple, anyone with the tools can do it. My tap water tested at 230 and the RO water came out at 4ppms! Plus the free ice maker kit and next years filters were a nice bonus. What else can I say except thanks for a great product that I will tell all my friends about.

The water maker is great. I live on an island off the coast of GA in the winter. The water here is supposedly drinkable, but it tastes like it is right out of a sulfuric swamp. The water filtered through the water maker is fabulous.

I had a plumber last week install my system and it seems to work well. I have 2 homes one in Chicago with city water and a country lake house in Indiana with well water. For years I had been filling my own water juggs in Chicago and bringing them out to Indiana for the weekend. That was such a pain in the butt. So I found your system on the internet and it sounded like it would work for me. My wife just loves it. She decided to give me a blind taste taste. We compared the Chicago city water to your system. I was able to pick out the Chicago water only because I could taste the chlorine or whatever they put in there water. Your system water just tasted like water. No smell, no weird taste. I just hope the system is dependable over time. My family are all union workers and we always buy American when given a choice. If we all did that this country would fix itself. Thanks.

The quality of this unit by far exceeds my expectations and it works great for lower pressure well. I added a 14 gallon pressure tank and installed the system in basement. Running up to first floor to my fridge and sink with acceptable pressure.

You make an excellent product. I’ve had my RO low water system in for 5 years now. It was easy to install and works very well. And it’s made in USA! Thanks again.

Thank you for such a high quality RO product. We installed the three systems in our house approximately 2 years ago. I test our water using your TDS monitor several times a year. Our tap water TDS tests to a 170 ppm reading and our product water is consistently less than 10% of that. We have been using the same membrane since installation. We follow your testing instructions in your owners manual and have been repeatedly surprised at the low product water TDS reading. Measured today, the readings on each of our three RO systems are: 7, 7, and 15. We have noticed a slight change over the last 2 years so we know the filter rejection capacity is changing over time. However, even the RO system farthest from the house water input (the longest pipe run) has crept up only to a 9% of input water TDS (15 ppm to 170ppm).You should know, that we have a whole house water softener that in itself may pre filter our house water before it gets to our RO units; however, as I indicated, at the tap, our water measures 170 ppm so we can certainly tell that your system is working. We will follow your instructions and change the product should the reading increase to 15 – 20% of input water TDS. Again, thank you for such a high quality RO product.

We bought this for a vacation house with a well that had been tested as above the limit on radiation. A R/O setup was mandatory. With low pressure there we bought the pump system. What’s most amazing is that for such a complicated little device, it proved to be easy to install. The instructions are written clearly and well illustrated. With all the steps it could be difficult but I just took my time, followed the tips, used the recommended sequence, and it all worked. I’ve done small plumbing things like this before so the concepts were not new. If you’ve never done any of your own simple plumbing, it would likely be more challenging. The photos were great. How many times have you had to stare at instructional photos and wonder what the heck the instructions mean. Not in this case. Everything just made sense. I was also pleased by the footprint of the unit and its installation flexibility. I did turn the storage tank on its side as allowed. I was able to find a way to position the unit under a somewhat cramped kitchen sink and still have room for cleaning supplies and such. I made the mistake of not running the line for the ice maker while I had everything opened up so I’ll have to go back and do that later. That would be the one thing I’d change.
