The APEC Water Systems WFS-1000 3-Stage Water Filtration System delivers clean filtered water at an affordable price. This complete 3-stage water filter system is made from high caliber components to offer long-lasting, reliable performance, while removing chemical, taste and odors. The 3 premium quality filters lasts over 12 months for fewer filter change outs and high performance. The system provides a continuous on demand supply of quality filtered water directly to the provided water dispenser.

I purchased this filter about 6 weeks ago for our cottage. Tired of bringing in distilled water for good coffee, etc. Installation was quick and straight forward, however I had a persistent slow drip from the fitting that came with the unit. I had to disconnect. Notified APEC and they fedexed me a replacement (better) connector adapter with tap and shutoff for the line to the filter. That went in quickly and is leak free.Water tastes very good, great solution for situations where you don’t need to buy RO. If you need RO or any other solution, I recommend APEC.Jack

Just installed this. It went very smooth. No surprises. Which doesn’t happen very much to me. No leaks what else can I say. The installation is pretty straight forward. The instructions were kinda all over the place, but I think you can install it in a number of different as far as order so it leaves it up to you. I installed the faucet first since that is where two people might be needed. Then the plumbing valves, then I hooked the hoses up to system and lastly I put the filters on. I left mine just sit on the floor of the cabinet since it makes it easier for me to pull the whole system out to change filters. It took about four gallons of running water to clear up the cloudiness. There is still a little bit, but this is a big system with big filters. So that is to be expected. The water taste fantastic. My wife drinks water like it’s going out of style and we did a blind test between our pur pitcher water, the WFS and bottled water. She could not tell the difference between this and Figi bottled water. In fact if she had to pick she she chose the APEC water. Plus if I only have to change filters once a year that is such a bonus and money saver. Water pressure is very good I’m extremely glad I purchased this system. Last but not least, It’s made in the USA with USA made filters. That in it’s self is enough to give this system a serious consideration.

This was exactly what we needed! The price is good and it was super simple to install. We like the fact that we don’t have to change the filters too often. APEC says once a year, but since our water is so very hard, we will check them at the six month mark. Simply put. it’s a very affordable way to get better quality water in your home.

I installed this system a year ago at our kitchen sink, and just did our first filter replacement. We love it. They have a Pb filter available, which made this one the perfect choice for us. The flow rate is quite good compared with others I’ve seen in friends homes.

I had a plumbing service install it I had them do it because this was replacing an older system that filters were no longer available. It went quickly without a hitch, of course since I didn’t have to do the work. The system works flawlessly and the water quality is very good. We liked the handle to control the water flow over the old style lever that was always too fast or too slow. I would highly recommend this product.

I am so glad I bought this APEC water system! We had a plumber install it and there were no problems. We use it in the kitchen for cooking and drinking. We have community water and it doesn’t have the best taste (sort of chalky…maybe because it is hard?), but the filtered water tastes very clean with no after taste. I only have to change the 3 filters once a year and they give you the plastic wrench to twist them off with so it should be fairly easy to do. If you register it with APEC they will send you a reminder when it is time to change the filters plus you can call them anytime with questions or concerns. I did call once about the water being white (air) and they said this is normal at first.
