This is an excellent adapter because the connection on both ends is snug and tight so the drive doesn’t come disconnected from my computer. I love it and may order more!!

I just bought the latest Mac Air and needed all new connectors. I am not pleased that I needed to buy this, but it works as it should.

The new MacBooks do not have USB ports so this is a necessary piece of equipment to transfer photos from dslr to computer. Works great!
Maribel Cruickshank (verified owner) –
As advertised, these OEM adapters work well and for a long time.
Christelle Mraz (verified owner) –
it works

Amazing technology. Smooth rendering.

My new scanner had the older USB Type-A connector which didn’t fit my new iMac. This connector solved that problem for a reasonable price.
Bertrand Kertzmann (verified owner) –
Allowing that Apple always tries to cut the bleeding edge on new connectors, then charges a fortune for adapters so your new MBP will play well with others…. all that said, I have these scattered in my drawer, in my briefcase, in the car, etc.

All good

Great product…works as advertised.

As with nearly all of the Apple products, the design is clean, sleek and does what it is intended to do. It has been a rare exception that I have found another brand accessory that works as well with my Apple equipment as the Apple branded item.

This printer is good all the way around. It makes both good photo prints, as well as is good for office use.

it is as advertised. Works as expected.

I was forced to buy an adaptor because the new MacBook Pros only have USB-C ports. The adaptors itself is fine, but it is annoying to have to get one.

Like many things Apple, this has now become necessary for anyone with a newer Macbook or iPad, with only type-C connectors. (boo, Apple!) in order to use USB 1/2 devices. I ended up buying this plus a mini-dock which is fine too. But this is super-easy to keep plugged in or nearby for peripherals with USB, it fits snugly at both ends and of course is flawless as an adapter.
Burnice Cruickshank (verified owner) –
It’s just a cable, works fine not a whole lot to say glad I bought it

As technologically appealing as USB C is it flies in the face of the enormous number of accessories like printers and thumb drives that are USB A based. This simple dongle makes this incompatibility less troublesome.
