The space gray Apple Magic Wireless Keyboard with Numeric Keypad features an extended layout with document navigation and full-size arrow keys. The numeric keypad also allows for faster input of numbers, especially useful for spreadsheets and finance applications.
Each key features a scissor mechanism that allows for increased stability as well as optimized key travel. The low-profile design also provides a comfortable typing experience. The Magic Keyboard has a built-in battery that can power it for up to a month on a single charge (battery life may vary). When the battery is running low, you can recharge it with the included Lightning to USB cable.

Love having a keyboard with a number pad and a insert and delete button. Makes editing much more efficient. Very thin profile and connects instantly. Great battery life as well and it charges via a cable. Glad I have it.

Wanted the choice of a touch pad. Works perfectly together.

My iMac came with the smaller keyboard without the numeric keypad, and coming from a PC environment, the smaller keyboard was too much of an adjustment with no home and end keys. The delete key works different than on the PC. After about 2 weeks, I gave up and got the other keyboard. Of course, with it being Apple, it’s way overpriced for a standard keyboard.

I have this with the Magic Trackpad 2, and couldn’t be happier. Both look and work great!

Works flawlessly. Battery lasts a long time between charges. iPad shows % charged, but an indicator light on kbd would be nice. Also, kbd is very portable. I carry it in its box when traveling- like having a custom case. Very good price at B&H. And quick service.

Haven’t open package yet but delivery was very fast.

This is a fine, if pricey, wireless keyboard that was instantly recognized by my iMac, and works flawlessly with it. Why Apple ships most iMacs with the smaller and less useful keyboard without a num pad is beyond me.

Seamlessly connects to iPad Pro. Incredibly responsive and easy to use gestures carry over from IPad OS to the trackpad. The issue come with the hinge…It doesn’t adjust far back enough so the iPad tilted at a good position for viewing sits too close too the the keypad. Honestly, it feels a bit tight and claustrophobic. It’s not too heavy and super slim so it’s hands down the best case/keyboard/iPad Pro to notebook transformer

This device is a game changer. I have a 16″ MBP and love it, but now with my 12.9″ iPad Pro and the magic keyboard, I find that most of my workflow (almost everything) can be done with the iPad. I’m a physician, so while I use numerous cloud apps including Evernote to store documents and deal with lots of email and PDF programs, I’m not into video editing. My only two concerns which are more long term is that Apple has a mixed history of durability and I hope this holds up…Frankly, the smart keyboards are nice, but they did NOT prove durable and Apple will enforce the exact terms of their warranty and no more. Second, would be nice to have an ESC key, but it’s fine the way it is, and the keyboard feels great.

I’ve been using my 11″ iPad Pro with the new Magic Keyboard since its launch and it’s a game-changer for professionals that need a robust typing tool for those looking for a compact and relatively lightweight workstation. While the iPad Pro is still relatively limited due to the OS (iPadOS 13), there are workarounds for those that are open to expanding/exploring new ways of using this combo for their needs. The 12.9″ iPad Pro with this Magic Keyboard takes things to a new level as the bigger screen with the full-size keyboard (similar in size to the 16″ MBP’s keyboard), you will see that the Magic Keyboard had turned the bigger 12.9″ into the defacto MacBook Pro 13″ LITE.

I love how this keypad makes it easy to turn my iPad into a “laptop” feel. Only drawback is that I forget it only leans back so far and I have had the iPad come off the magnetic case. Other than that it’s been great.

If you are an engineer, or a content creator, or a writer, and you want the best user experience of working with OS X, and at the same time a high quality and nice looking keyboard, then look no further.
