The space gray Apple Magic Wireless Keyboard with Numeric Keypad features an extended layout with document navigation and full-size arrow keys. The numeric keypad also allows for faster input of numbers, especially useful for spreadsheets and finance applications.
Each key features a scissor mechanism that allows for increased stability as well as optimized key travel. The low-profile design also provides a comfortable typing experience. The Magic Keyboard has a built-in battery that can power it for up to a month on a single charge (battery life may vary). When the battery is running low, you can recharge it with the included Lightning to USB cable.

I love Apple products. I always have. Their keyboards are incredible. I had their 10-key wired keyboard for years and loved it. When I got a new computer it came with a wireless keyboard that didn’t have the number pad. I loved the wireless keyboard but missed the number pad. You see where I’m going with this, right? When this keyboard was released, it was a no brainer. I knew I would love it. With the upgraded feel and slimness, it truly is the perfect keyboard. It feels phenomenal to type on. It is incredibly quiet. And the functionality of the thing is unbeatable.

Other than being a bit too flat, and also being Bluetooth which is great b/c it’s wireless but NOT 100% reliable and battery needing recharging from time to time… I love this keyboard. Quality, sleek, minimalist, and worth the tradeoffs. My wife loves wired keyboards but the wire gets dirty and gets in the way and looks messy.

This is a terrific product that should come bundled with an iMac. B&H is the best place to buy one since Apple isn’t considerate enough to bundle-it’s-best.

Obviously we all know this keyboard is expensive but I mean this is Apple we are talking about. I personally have no complaints about this keyboard some people had issues because of no esc button but not me. I think the quality is great i think the magnet is great the back lit keyboard doesn’t need an additional battery. Will it replace your imac or pro or air? I doubt it but I think knowing exactly what you want or expect will make it a better purchase for you. If you feel the price is too high because I mean you can go out and buy a nice Chrome book for $350 but it won’t be your keyboard and Pro tablet.
