Use the black Magic Keyboard for iPad Pro from Apple to give your tablet a feel that rivals laptops. With its floating cantilever design, your 3rd and 4th Generation 12.9″ iPad Pro magnetically attaches to the Magic Keyboard for smooth viewing angle adjustments. Its full-size, backlit keys feature a scissor mechanism with 1mm travel for fast and quiet typing. The keyboard also has a built-in multi-gesture touchpad that allows precise interaction with iPadOS applications. A USB Type-C pass-through charging port is located on the keyboard folio’s hinge, freeing the iPad Pro’s port for peripherals such as external storage drives. Once you’re done, the keyboard doubles as a cover that protects the front and back of your iPad Pro.

Obviously we all know this keyboard is expensive but I mean this is Apple we are talking about. I personally have no complaints about this keyboard some people had issues because of no esc button but not me. I think the quality is great i think the magnet is great the back lit keyboard doesn’t need an additional battery. Will it replace your imac or pro or air? I doubt it but I think knowing exactly what you want or expect will make it a better purchase for you. If you feel the price is too high because I mean you can go out and buy a nice Chrome book for $350 but it won’t be your keyboard and Pro tablet.

Works flawlessly. Battery lasts a long time between charges. iPad shows % charged, but an indicator light on kbd would be nice. Also, kbd is very portable. I carry it in its box when traveling- like having a custom case. Very good price at B&H. And quick service.

I really like this keyboard, I am actually using it to write this review. Feels good to type with and it is easy to link with the IpadPro through Bluetooth. You can even use it with a pc.

Was using a knockoff bluetooth keyboard from Amazon for a while, it would constantly disconnect from bluetooth and random keys stopped working. So I bought this lil’ rascal, really like this magic keyboard, haven’t had any issue with it thus far. Easily squeezes into any backpack or totebag. The feel when typing is really high quality. Only downside is the price, but then again that’s just apple for ya.

Love the 10 key on the side, makes it much easier for numbers. And the fact that it’s rechargeable instead of batteries. The old version of the keyboard had batteries that exploded in them and I could no longer use. Luckily that won’t be happening with this one.

This is a great complement for the iPad Pro, if you want the portability of an iPad but a complete keyboard like a MacBook this is for you, I also have a MacBook Pro and I can tell the feeling is the same, very robust construction and confortable to carry, furthermore, in the near future the iPad Pro will share the same OS than the Macbook, so there’s more reasons to buy a keyboard and a mouse

This keyboard works out perfectly for my iPad Pro 12.9. I love the following features: 1) iPad/keyboard interface without a bluetooth; 2) the great multi gesture trackpad; 3) the full size, backlit keyboard without a need of battery. 4) This keyboard enhances the functionality of iPad Pro and make it more useful. Some shortcomings: 1) the weight of the keyboard is a little heavy. 2) a little pricey.
