I bought this filter because I had severe hair fall. There can be several reasons for that. and Chlorine is also one of them. Yes, the filter helps in filtering chlorine. you will not smell it in bathing water.But my hairfall remains same, no changes.Installation is very easy, but the shower portion is little hard to move if you have people with different heights.I dont know whether i can install my shower with the aquasana filter body.

I am constantly traveling to Mexico and I’ve noticed a great difference on the water quality in Mexico and in the US. During my travels to Mexico my skin was exposed constantly to hard water chlorine and smelly water. My skin completion changed and my skin would dry up to the point it would bleed. I found this filter online and dude it changed my life. I bought it in March 2018 and it’s the 1st week of April and I already feel the change. I love it. Do you guys have any products as simple as this one that I can use for the tap water in the kitchen and bathroom handsink?

I have been suffering with dull, dry, unmanageable, brittle hair for years. My house has extremely hard water. I was renting a room from some friends who had well water, which they “softened”, and there was WAY too much salt in the water. As a result, my hair was dry, frizzy and felt like straw. Easy to install. My hand held shower head and bracket fit on the filter. So I didn’t need the shower head. My water is much softer. It doesn’t make the water drinking quality, so I’m not sure what is not filtered out. But it’s much better for my skin.
