I would have to say 100% improvement in my hair since I installed my new shower head and filter. I live in a senior apt building and the hard water is awful. This is finally the answer to this problem as putting in a water softener is not possible in an apartment. My skin is also much better and I don’t itch like crazy anymore

Does a pretty good job of softening the hard water — got it about 75% of the way to the super clean water I was used to back in upstate SC. One caveat: If you have a high-water pressure shower, this may not be able to handle the flow. You may need to buy a flow restrictor, which is very cheap and just screws right on before the showerhead.

Install was easy with great instructions. I purchased a shower filter. I became sick of showering in Florida hard water. My skin was always messed up; I believe it gave me some sort of dermatitis. And though I know nothing can give us beautiful soft water, I believe the shower filter has helped. It’s been a few weeks and my skin does look and feel better. Even my son believes it has helped, and he’s a serious critic. I think that when the filter is no longer usable that is when I will know most definitely how well the filter worked. In other words, I think it’ll be easier to see the hard-water effects on my skin than the soft water. In that case I will be buying a new filter.

It left very strong chemical smell for first few weeks. The shower handle can move left to right but not up or down like any other shower handles available in the market. The filter is suppose to last 6 month, which is good. It is expensive and I bought this one because of dry skin, but after using it more than 2 months, there is not much change in skin dryness . May be i need to give it more time for actual results.

I have 2 of these shower headsets and both my husband and I love them!! They are versatile with multiple spray options from soft to hard. I love ❤️ that the chlorine is filtered out leaving my skin soft and not itchy. The handheld feature is great because my husband is handicapped and that makes it easy for him to shower easily without a lot of help. He also likes the variety of spray options. Also this shower head does not lower the water pressure from the original amount which was very important to my husband since he likes the heavy or firm pressure and was concerned that the pressure would not be the same with filter. It’s a GREAT SHOERHEAD!!!!….

I installed the shower filter about 2 weeks ago. Every time I use the shower filter, there is still some black sands liked thing on my bathtub for the first minute. Apart from this, the installation was not complicated. I do feel like the water is filtered and is cleaner. If the wand is longer then it would be much better. I think it is too short.
