My original shower filter failed to work well. It was old, so I ordered a new one. When we installed it, it was leaking at the hose join and tightening did not help. We discovered that it came missing an important washer. Luckily we had some washers and were able to find one to fit. Since then, there are no more perceivable leaks. A new product should come in perfect condition, so this was a disappointment.

Huge difference. But the hose has taken he months to almost straighten out!! You have to fight with because it wants return directions opposite of the bodies dirrection.THE HOSE NEEDS TO BE 2FT LONGER!!!!!!!!!!.
