I like the product (shower water filter) very much, but I have yet to hear back from you about a tool that will facilitate the removal of the filter from the water head on the top. You said a while back that Aquasana was working on sending such a tool to customers who requested because the company knows the filter is hard to unscrew from the water nozel on the filter mechanism. Please advise. thanks!

I can tell a difference in my skin and how clean I get using the Aquasana Shower Filter. I also like that it lasts 6 months. Other filters I used only lasted 3 (if that much) I also like them automatically sending me a new filter every 6 months, so I do not even have to think about it!

Here’s a good tip if you use these. When you replace an old one with a new one, after the new one is in place, be ready with an empty bucket so when you first run water using the new filter, the water will have black charcoal coming out for a few minutes until the water runs clear. Catch it in your bucket and feed that water to your plants. They love the charcoal. It’s plant food for them and your tub won’t get possibly stained.
