So far so good! Though replacing the old filter didn’t work for me, and I was sent and entirely new system as the white washer, that is part of the original system, was no longer working properly. I didn’t know this was the cause of malfunction (leaking) until receiving the new system.

It is so very nice to be able to shower with clean clear water free of brown iron! I now feel clean when I towel off and have washed my hair. I bought my shower filter because our house didn’t have a water softener and my hair was getting brassy. When it arrived I put it aside because we decided to sell our house. Two months later we moved across the US into a rental. I decided to hook it up. There was a problem with water leaking out of the shower head part. I didn’t think they would help being it was two months later. A few weeks after installing I called to ask if they could push my next filter out two months and then mentioned the leaking and how to fix. With no hesitation they mailed me replacements! Excellent customer service and I also love the filter. My hair doesn’t get brassy and skin feels good.

I have used this product of Aquasana since 7 years ago in the states and it worked wonderfully. It was a head shower and other than the smooth skin I’ve felt after the filter installation, I also noticed the water was running better.I now use it in Indonesia same product same model, installed it on a Grohe hand shower this time but somehow the water was running very much slower and weaker than before the filter installation. I wonder why this is happening. It is quite an issue as it brings down the quality of the shower experience.

I had great expectations for this filter but have been disappointed. Even though we have followed instructions the filter still will get clogged & rather than being a fine spray, it is less effective. My husband takes shower head off & blows out the holes that are clogged.
