Installed one week ago. So far, so good. Flow rate is not super fast, but you can’t expect decent filtration without the water spending some time in contact with the filter elements.

Good tasting water at a very reasonable price. Straight forward installation.

Faucet was easy to install.

Installation instructions were easy to follow. Finished project was exactly what I expected and needed from a water filtration system. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a similar system.

This is my second Aquasana purchase of an Under Counter product. It works great, as far as I know. I never actually had the water tested, but there is no bad taste or things floating around.Installation was pretty easy, but I do have one complaint. When I took the tubing out of the box, I immediately noticed that 3 of the 4 ends were not cut straight. In the back of my mind I thought that this might cause a problem. Sure enough, when I attached the tube that goes from the faucet to the filter, even though I chose the straighter of the 2 jagged ends, the tube leaked at the end that was connected to the faucet. I had to detach it and troubleshoot. Then I had to try to shave the end to be as straight as possible. This took about 3 tries, so extra time and effort. Given that this is my 2nd purchase, and my first purchase also had a problem (the tubing was actually slit), I gave this product 4 stars because this is very poor quality control. One last thing. Instead of following the instructions to run the water for 10 minutes after installation, may I suggest running the water until you no longer see little bubbles rising to the top. (You would need to put the water in a clear container so that you can see the bubbles.) This is a more accurate way of making sure the water is clean. I ran the water for 10 minutes as instructed, and then I gave some water to the dog. The dog refused to drink it so I knew that I needed to flush the filter some more. Time-wise, I probably had to run the water another 2 minutes or so. But the sure fire way is to check for those bubbles. Once the dog started drinking the water, I checked the water when I filled the water bottle and could see there were no longer any little bubbles.

My plumber installed the system in a short amount of time with no problem at all. It doesn’t take up much room and the installation went smoothly. The chrome faucet looks good with my regular faucet. I gave the system 4 stars simply because the flow of water is not strong like the regular kitchen faucet, just something I have to get used to. But the water tastes fine and now I’m saving money from buying gallons of water every week.

We replaced our older Aquasana under sink system because it was leaking badly. I hope this one hold up better. I love this filtered water.

I have had this system for about 6 years. Installation was pretty easy, although I was not happy about the smaller diameter plastic tubing that reduced water flow. No issues at all at first. Each filter set comes with a battery that conveniently starts beeping after 6 months regardless of how much water you have run through the filter. After about 4 years, the faucet started leaking. No way to fix it so I purchased a nicer one with better water flow locally. Then, while we were on vacation, one of the cannisters cracked and flooded the kitchen cabinets. Yes, that happens sometimes, said the rep on the phone. In spite of all that, I will probably still buy another one for our 2nd home, but I will start with a different faucet and I will install both a flow meter (to see just how much water we are using) and a shut-off valve for when we are away.

We were replacing the kitchen faucet so we decided to replace our out dated under sink filter system.I liked the idea of every 6 months filter’s could be sent to us automatically which we did. Installation was not hard, ease of use is simple, taste is good.Time will tell on quality, durability.

This is my second one. First in another house, and when I moved, I put the same model filter in. Great 2 stage filter. Tap water tastes terrible here, but is very much better with the filter. Cheapest price through Home Depot. Aquasana had it for $50 dollars more.
