The installation is straight forward, and have good water flow once connected. Though, I find the two hose provided in the package is a little too short, and I was not able to put the filters to either side of a corner cabinet. Also the filters can get unlock quite easily, which causing water leak if you bump on the filter unexpectedly.

Easy to install. Great tasting water, good flow, better faucet than older models, good quality all around.

We love this filter. It’s everything it was advertised to be small, compact, and very easy to install. Also the faucet that delivers the filtered water is high quality and stylish.

I was replacing older model 2 stage Aquasana filter so faucet whole was already cut in sink. Older faucet hole was larger than what was required for the new faucet. I had to come up with some washers to make it work but otherwise, the install was a breeze. The only thing I could think of that would have been better would have been for Aquasana to provide some sort of adapter kit. Product works well. Water tastes great!

Would have given 5 stars, undercounted nut is too small for installation, had to find thicker nut to install tightly.

The water tastes and the system is easy to install should have installed it years ago

Leaks out of the box! Easy installation, hardest part was drilling 7/16 hole in stainless sink for the faucet, no biggie.Water on, flush for a while, and great tasting water. 20 minutes later, water running out of cabinet below sink.. Leaking from the connection where the upper filter housing fits into the manifold. Tried switching things around, still leaks.Called Aquqsana, they sent a new manifold. Installed, leaks worse than before.Called Aquasanta, they sent 2 of the top part of the filter housing which have the o-rings….which I had also asked for on the first call. If you have a bad connection, is it reasonable to replace one half of the joint?Anyway, after all this it is now working properly with no leaks. Fingers crossed. I still feel compelled to check for leaks whenever I pass by the sink.So – do I recommend this unit? Yes, because the water is really good, but be prepared for weeks of calling and waiting on parts.

The biggest problem I’ve had with filters in the past is the water flow; it always is so slow. This unit is much faster. It’s also very simple to install and use; the alarm feature to remind you about filter change time is most convenient and you don’t have to guess anymore. Very pleased and would highly recommend.

After moving we bought another under sink. This time high flow. Well worth it. Plumbed for both the sink spigot and the fridge (ice tastes great!) We’ve had Aquasana for over five years now and it is strong value for our family.

All materials needed for installation in the box. Supply your own drill for the counter hole, and in it goes. Took water with a heavy chlorine oder and took it out, no taste or order

This is a nice unit. However, there appears to be some problems with the filter cartridges. One of ours leaked all over the place. I contacted Aquasana who sent a new one that worked just fine. In any event, it is better than having a large reverse osmosis tank under the sink.

So far, the filter has been operating fairly well. I got the max flow version and it does have a good flow but the head and sump system need to be evaluated. The first sump heads I received leaked a little bit at first and customer support was fast to replace them. The new heads also leaked but with some adjustments, I got them to stop. It was a few drops here and there. Nothing crazy. The design looks good but here are my suggestions if the company cares to read them:1. Improve the way the sumps sit in the head unit. It doesn’t seat securely and the use of the grommets seem like you could get a more secure fitting.2. Don’t be afraid to use copper. Copper expansion rings/joints are way more secure in the lines than metal ones would be. Or upgrade it so the water in and water out use standard water lines. I’d gladly pay the difference if it meant less leak chance. 3. quality check improvement needed desperately on the sump heads. Two grommets/o-rings were warped before i even inserted the sump and that caused some of the initial leak. Or send some extra o-rings. They cost pennies but would probably help with the leak issue. It won’t fix it because the interlock between the head unit and the sumps need to be addressed primarily. Fix these issues and youll probably get much better reviews and happier customers. 4. Find a way to get air out of the filters. Sometimes air from the water line gets in and slows the flow but when I burp the sumps, water flow is restored.

I did not buy my Aquasana 3-Stage Under Counter Water Filter new. I bought it from a friend who used it in her coffee shop to filter the water for her machines. She wanted a larger one so I bought this one. Before installing it I replaced the filters. If you do not believe a water filter is worth it you will once you replace the filters and see what it removes. I was very impressed with how easy this was to install and equally as impressed with how much better the water tastes. I’m a customer for life now. I’m so impressed with this product that I plan on installing a whole house unit next year.

Faucet was very pretty. My husband removed the soap dispenser and put faucet in that place. The sealing ring barely covered the previous hole. I’m hoping water doesn’t leak down Under my sink. I’m just concerned about this while cleaning up not while using it.

I am very pleased with the Aquasana Water Filtration System. It was recommended by a neighbor and replaces a small unit that attaches to the faucet. While remodeling my kitchen, I decided to change to this unit with the dedicated faucet and I’m so glad I did! Installation was simple, it looks great, and most importantly, the filtered water is wonderful! I would certainly recommend this Aquasana System!
