The unit is built well and directions are very good. Simple to mount under the sink if you are a little handy. I would have given unit 5 stars except the flow rate is fairly slow. I don’t mind waiting a little to have clean water.

Instillation was easy, the video was very helpful. I had some difficulty pushing the tubes all the way to their marked spots. There was leaking the first time because I hadn’t pushed the tubes in all the way, but I completed the tube insertion and it has worked great since then. My family has water I am comfortable with them drinking! It works great, with a great flow. Peace of mind

Water taste good. Instalation was easy with all required hardware. Faucet itself is a bit on the cheap side and feels like it could break anytime.Be very careful not to catch the very skinny spout with a dish or pot…The metal sink cover that goes between the faucet base and sink is thin, sharp, cheap and barely….i mean just barely covers the hole it goes through in the sink. Alignment was a nightmare.It definitely does not cover any old scratches…Water taste great filtered through the Chinese made filters.

I have been an Aquasana customer for a number of years now. I recently decided to upgrade my under counter system from a simple two stage to a Max Flow 3 stage. The increase in flow was quite noticeable! After installation I noticed a slight leak coming from the connection between the cartridge and the receiver unit on two of the cartridges. I contacted customer service who advised me to shut off the waterflow immediately. She then stated she was sending out two new replacement parts for the filters. Upon receiving them I replaced the new filters into the receiver and the problem was solved!! The customer service was knowledgeable and excellent!! I look forward to many more years using the automated filter replacement program. It’s the best reminder that it’s time to replace the filters!!! 🙂

I purchased a aquasana three stage water filter about six years ago. I also got new filters every six months. The system worked flawlessly for five and a half years , then it started to leak just a little. After a call to your service department , your people sent me some new heads for the filters. After installing the new heads, the system continued to drip. I suppose if you can get five and a half years out of your product you’ve done pretty good. With this in mind I purchased another three stage system. I am very happy with the purity of the water, just wish it would last longer.

So far, I’m not impressed with the quality of the Aquasana 3-stage Under Counter Water Filter. I’ve had a GE two stage system that I thought provided better tasting ( no taste ) water. The Aquasana system removes color from tap water but total dissolved solids are still high (320 ppm) and still some taste.

I find this to be easy to install, and I had no issues whatsoever with leaking. I’d say the whole thing was done in an hour. Water tastes so much better. Only call-out would be that since water is resting in the filters, the initial water that will dispense into your cup will be room temperature, and it will take longer than you’re used to to run it until it’s cold (or you can grab ice if that’s your thing). Wish I’d have installed this years ago!

I like this filter system as the water tastes good and has a sharp flow in the stream but there can be improvements like the size of the filter seems small as per its price and short span compared to the under the sink filters in market and it is made of plastic which I don’t like to be as a container for filters. Hope aquasana will improve its quality. Installation was easy and after three weeks it is working good.
