Water taste good. Instalation was easy with all required hardware. Faucet itself is a bit on the cheap side and feels like it could break anytime.Be very careful not to catch the very skinny spout with a dish or pot…The metal sink cover that goes between the faucet base and sink is thin, sharp, cheap and barely….i mean just barely covers the hole it goes through in the sink. Alignment was a nightmare.It definitely does not cover any old scratches…Water taste great filtered through the Chinese made filters.

I seen some reviews about leaks but in my opinion that would be caused by not installing correct, if you don’t have experience with plumbing hire a reputable plumber to install. Make sure you do not overtighten fittings. Got hooked up with no leaks and filter works great. Pretty good water flow for a 3 stage filter. Took the chlorine taste out and made water taste pretty good.

I love this filter. My husband was installing it and got a phone call so I took over with my 10 year old. We got it done in about an hour including drilling the hole in the top of the sink. We read the instructions and also watched the video. I thought it was pretty easy. We monitored for leaks for a few days. The water is excellent. We could actually SMELL a difference with our blind taste test. The aquasauna water tastes like nothing. I am very pleased with this system. The brushed nickel matched our existing sink well. I use the water for drinking, cooking, coffee etc.

I have been an Aquasana customer for a number of years now. I recently decided to upgrade my under counter system from a simple two stage to a Max Flow 3 stage. The increase in flow was quite noticeable! After installation I noticed a slight leak coming from the connection between the cartridge and the receiver unit on two of the cartridges. I contacted customer service who advised me to shut off the waterflow immediately. She then stated she was sending out two new replacement parts for the filters. Upon receiving them I replaced the new filters into the receiver and the problem was solved!! The customer service was knowledgeable and excellent!! I look forward to many more years using the automated filter replacement program. It’s the best reminder that it’s time to replace the filters!!! 🙂

The faucet keeps coming loose. It needs a bigger nut and.washer. The rate of flow is very low. I have GE system on another sink that never came loose and has a better rate of flow. I purchased the Aquasana because it looked better than the old GE.I am disappointed in the Aquasana.

Installation was easy, all the fittings needed are supplied. I was able to use my existing fixture so it matched the rest of our fixtures. I like not having a tank under the sink taking up a lot of space. The water tastes much better than our tap water, no taste or smell of chlorine. We are very happy with this items at this point. It works nicely the favor is comparable to a cheap water bottle taste. It takes a bit to fill up an 18oz water bottle. Haven’t had any leaks.

The installation is straight forward, and have good water flow once connected. Though, I find the two hose provided in the package is a little too short, and I was not able to put the filters to either side of a corner cabinet. Also the filters can get unlock quite easily, which causing water leak if you bump on the filter unexpectedly.

I purchased a aquasana three stage water filter about six years ago. I also got new filters every six months. The system worked flawlessly for five and a half years , then it started to leak just a little. After a call to your service department , your people sent me some new heads for the filters. After installing the new heads, the system continued to drip. I suppose if you can get five and a half years out of your product you’ve done pretty good. With this in mind I purchased another three stage system. I am very happy with the purity of the water, just wish it would last longer.
