I love this filter. My husband was installing it and got a phone call so I took over with my 10 year old. We got it done in about an hour including drilling the hole in the top of the sink. We read the instructions and also watched the video. I thought it was pretty easy. We monitored for leaks for a few days. The water is excellent. We could actually SMELL a difference with our blind taste test. The aquasauna water tastes like nothing. I am very pleased with this system. The brushed nickel matched our existing sink well. I use the water for drinking, cooking, coffee etc.

The faucet keeps coming loose. It needs a bigger nut and.washer. The rate of flow is very low. I have GE system on another sink that never came loose and has a better rate of flow. I purchased the Aquasana because it looked better than the old GE.I am disappointed in the Aquasana.

I like the product very much. Good design and water tastes very clean. My only issue was the poly hoses that come with the kit were too short to properly install at the side of the cabinet, requiring it to be installed on the back wall where it is hard to reach the filters. If they had been 12″ longer each, then I would have given it 5 stars.

Beyond thrilled with this system. The first time you clean the filters you’ll see HOW MUCH DIRT they catch that’s visible. Then you wonder about the invisible stuff. Every time I see a Brita in someone’s fridge, I do a soliloquy about Aquasana. Get this, you will love it.

It’s also very simple to install and use; the alarm feature to remind you about filter change time is most convenient and you don’t have to guess anymore. Very pleased and would highly recommend.

I have an ice maker line that needed to be attached and Aquasana couldn’t/wouldn’t provide an extra piece of hose and extra fitting. So I had to search until I found the correct pieces and then order them on line. Very frustrating. You’d think Aquasana could have made this common part available. Also, even though this is the “Max Flow” version, it’s pretty slow – and getting slower after one month of use. Water tastes good.

The Aquasana 3-Stage was easy to install, and the water quality is great!. I really like the look of the faucet. Though the faucet is metal, the tall tube wobbles in the base more than I would prefer. It makes me wonder if it would withstand being accidentally bumped when washing a heavy pan. Ultimately, I think you should just be extra careful not to hit it and enjoy the water!
