Get a couple of tools ready, open the package and in about 20 minutes, presto you’re drinking clean, safe, delicious water. Over the years I’ve always installed filtration systems in our homes and even our 5th wheel RV. This system is hands down the easiest to install and there is no more taste in your water. This system is just another water filter. The faucet is a bust. The nozzle is too straight down, not allowing you to set a container in the sink to fill. You have to hold everything to fill. Also the new filters do not include new O-rings. Eventually they will start leaking. The water flow is terrible. Take forever to fill a glass or container. The plastic tubing concerns me that it will eventually fail or leak.

We are very happy with the Aquasana 3-stage under counter system. Is is very similar to the system we replaced (we could no longer find replacement filters). The installation instructions were very easy to understand and was installed quickly. Our unfiltered water is very hard and has strong chemical taste. the unit produced wonderfully clear water with no odor or taste–the way good water tastes from a great, fast-running alpine stream!

I have been an Aquasana customer for a number of years now. I recently decided to upgrade my under counter system from a simple two stage to a Max Flow 3 stage. The increase in flow was quite noticeable! After installation I noticed a slight leak coming from the connection between the cartridge and the receiver unit on two of the cartridges. I contacted customer service who advised me to shut off the waterflow immediately. She then stated she was sending out two new replacement parts for the filters. Upon receiving them I replaced the new filters into the receiver and the problem was solved!! The customer service was knowledgeable and excellent!! I look forward to many more years using the automated filter replacement program. It’s the best reminder that it’s time to replace the filters!!! 🙂

I purchased a aquasana three stage water filter about six years ago. I also got new filters every six months. The system worked flawlessly for five and a half years , then it started to leak just a little. After a call to your service department , your people sent me some new heads for the filters. After installing the new heads, the system continued to drip. I suppose if you can get five and a half years out of your product you’ve done pretty good. With this in mind I purchased another three stage system. I am very happy with the purity of the water, just wish it would last longer.

I was replacing older model 2 stage Aquasana filter so faucet whole was already cut in sink. Older faucet hole was larger than what was required for the new faucet. I had to come up with some washers to make it work but otherwise, the install was a breeze. The only thing I could think of that would have been better would have been for Aquasana to provide some sort of adapter kit. Product works well. Water tastes great!
