I like this filter system as the water tastes good and has a sharp flow in the stream but there can be improvements like the size of the filter seems small as per its price and short span compared to the under the sink filters in market and it is made of plastic which I don’t like to be as a container for filters. Hope aquasana will improve its quality. Installation was easy and after three weeks it is working good.

I have used Aquasana’s countertop filter for years but we finally bought our own house so I knew I had to get one for the sink. It was very easy to install. I have had an aquasana under counter unit for 7 years and loved it. I recently renovated my kitchen and bought a new one. The oil rubbed bronze is very light- closer to copper- and I had to return it. Very disappointed because I love their products but it just doesn’t match any other oil rubbed bronze I’ve seen. They should sell more colors.

The installation of this 3-stage water filtering system was easy enough and as explained in the documents. The house has a new Aquasana whole house water and softener system as well and I am happy with it, thus far. But at this time don’t see the benefits of this 3-stage. I don’t like the taste, there is a taste to this water, and the water taste better coming from the bathroom tap which is tied to the Aquasana whole house water and conditioner system than from the kitchen under the sink 3-stage. I’ve tested the the water quality with a TDS tester with the following results: the water coming into the house tested at 547ppm, the filtered whole house water is 213ppm at the tap, but the under the sink 3-stage tested at 381ppm. I admit that previous to the Aquasana installations, we had been drinking bottle water for the last two years which is that is truly tasteless water for sure and we are use to that but this 3-stage has not met my expectation as far has the taste goes.

I love this filter. My husband was installing it and got a phone call so I took over with my 10 year old. We got it done in about an hour including drilling the hole in the top of the sink. We read the instructions and also watched the video. I thought it was pretty easy. We monitored for leaks for a few days. The water is excellent. We could actually SMELL a difference with our blind taste test. The aquasauna water tastes like nothing. I am very pleased with this system. The brushed nickel matched our existing sink well. I use the water for drinking, cooking, coffee etc.
