My research indicated Aquasana was the best – so I bought the whole million gallon system w/UV.The water smells and tastes better. I used a home water test kit and it showed all good results. The only concern I have and will watch for is whether the descaler vs. softener removed leaves any residue on glass.I feel safer drinking my water!

You need to read the fine print. They need to call it a “conditioner”. It conditions the water. It does not soften the water. There is no soft feeling of the skin in the shower and your shampoo and body wash will hardly lather. They put a small astrex( *) next to the word softener but using the word softener is deceiving. The product is suppose to be good for the home and I won’t miss adding salt like we did to our old softener. But now I have to spend more money to try and find a way to at least soften the shower water.
