The Replacement Post-filter attaches to the Aquasana Whole House Filter system, after the filter tank. This post-filter is considered a polishing agent, removing any remaining sediment and organic particles from your water. This cartridge should be replaced every nine to twelve months.

I know this system is working because I can literally see it before my eyes – watching the filters change color as they remove impurities from the water. I’ve had an Aquasana whole house filtration system installed for a number of years now. I know it’s working:All family members skin and hair is in much healthier condition.My hi-tech water heater, washer, dishwasher, etc. are no longer being damaged by sediment and chemicals in the water.The Aquasana system is worth the investment. The only thing I would change is to make the pre- and post- filter chambers larger for a longer period between replacement filters.
