After reading other positive reviews on the brand, we decided to purchase the under the counter reverse osmosis system. The purchasing process was easy and I even received a call from the company to confirm that I had actually chose the correct system for my home. I realize it was partly an extended sales call but I was still impressed that they made the effort to make sure what I had chose was correct for my application and for where I lived. The shipping process didn’t take long and installation/setup was fairly easy to follow. All in all, we are very happy with purchase and it’s very nice to not have to worry about all the extra contaminants in the water.

Instillation was easy, the video was very helpful. I had some difficulty pushing the tubes all the way to their marked spots. There was leaking the first time because I hadn’t pushed the tubes in all the way, but I completed the tube insertion and it has worked great since then. My family has water I am comfortable with them drinking! It works great, with a great flow. Peace of mind

Get a couple of tools ready, open the package and in about 20 minutes, presto you’re drinking clean, safe, delicious water. Over the years I’ve always installed filtration systems in our homes and even our 5th wheel RV. This system is hands down the easiest to install and there is no more taste in your water. Water should be crisp and refreshing not flavored. Stop your search. By this inexpensive, easy to install filtration system now. You’ll be glad you did. OH! And the best part, save money by getting on “auto-ship” and go worry free from now on.

Easy to install. Great tasting water, good flow, better faucet than older models, good quality all around.

Installation was easy, all the fittings needed are supplied. I was able to use my existing fixture so it matched the rest of our fixtures. I like not having a tank under the sink taking up a lot of space. The water tastes much better than our tap water, no taste or smell of chlorine. We are very happy with this items at this point. Installed for 30 days.

I have been looking for an option to buying bottled water. After exploring water filer options, the triple filter system seemed to be a great solution as it was affordable and easy to install.

Is good and easy to install but I don’t like the water taste.

very good, met my expectations. occasionally seems a little noisy. certainly improves the taste of our well water.

It works nicely the favor is comparable to a cheap water bottle taste. It takes a bit to fill up an 18oz water bottle. Haven’t had any leaks.

The installation of this 3-stage water filtering system was easy enough and as explained in the documents. The house has a new Aquasana whole house water and softener system as well and I am happy with it, thus far. But at this time don’t see the benefits of this 3-stage. I don’t like the taste, there is a taste to this water, and the water taste better coming from the bathroom tap which is tied to the Aquasana whole house water and conditioner system than from the kitchen under the sink 3-stage. I’ve tested the the water quality with a TDS tester with the following results: the water coming into the house tested at 547ppm, the filtered whole house water is 213ppm at the tap, but the under the sink 3-stage tested at 381ppm. I admit that previous to the Aquasana installations, we had been drinking bottle water for the last two years which is that is truly tasteless water for sure and we are use to that but this 3-stage has not met my expectation as far has the taste goes.

Your 3 stage water filter system has truly made a difference in the taste of our town water

The faucet keeps coming loose. It needs a bigger nut and.washer. The rate of flow is very low. I have GE system on another sink that never came loose and has a better rate of flow. I purchased the Aquasana because it looked better than the old GE.I am disappointed in the Aquasana.

The tank was a little bigger than our old one so we had to move stuff around to fit under the sink, but it works great and fairly easy to install.

When we moved out to a rural property, we had to dig a new well. The water was really good except it tested positive for arsenic at 0.014 mg/L. EPA limit for public systems is 0.010 mg/L. So we installed the OptimH2O Reverse Osmosis system. Had it tested again last month and the arsenic level was <0.001 mg/L. One caveat, the Aquasana owner's manual states: "There are two forms of arsenic: pentavalent arsenic (As(V)) and trivalent arsenic (As(III)). In well water, arsenic may be pentavlent, trivalent, or a combination of both....Reverse Osmosis (RO) water treatment systems do not remove trivalent arsenic from water very well. RI systems are very effective at removing pentavalent arsenic." So if you have an arsenic problem, make sure you get your water tested for arsenic speciation (our county health department did it) and talk with Aquasana about your results.A couple of things about installation: 1) If you have a well like me, you need to make sure the pressure switch is set high enough (at least 40 psi) for water to make it thru all the filters.2) I installed it on the basement wall instead of under the kitchen sink. That required making some custom brackets to attach to the foundation wall, and buying some longer connecting tubing at the hardware store. I enjoy this kind of thing, but its not for everybody. The big advantage for me is its very easy to change the filters. I can stand and work shoulder level instead of crouching down and working under the sink. Also, you're bound to spill some water or get leaks when changing filters, which necessitates cleanup under the sink. But in my basement it simply runs down to the floor drain and I walk away.Only negatives I can see are:1) water flow is significantly slower than a regular faucet, but we quickly got used to it. If you don't like to wait each time, you can fill a pitcher and keep it in the fridge.2) audible gurgles at the faucet when system is recharging, not a big deal for us but may annoy some3) leaks after changing filters...took me a couple of tries and some food-grade lubricant on the gaskets to get rid of the oozing.Overall I am very pleased. Thanks Aquasana for making my water safe.
