The kit looks good and it should do a great job filtrating and purifing the water however mine had a leak from the faucet and I had to return it. I will go with something that is simpler, more common and has parts available in the store.

I love this and it was pretty easy to install, I had a confined space and it was a little tight but, it worked out perfectly. I had to add 1/4″ nylon elbows to the faucet and tank ports in order to get it to fit.

So far so good! One week after installation and the good water just keeps coming. Totally worth the sale price. Not the easiest install but not the hardest either. Final caveat that the instructions got wrong: do not connect the tank hose to the manifold before you sterilize, it won’t come off later.

Assembly was pretty hard or i would have given it 5 stars. I already had a filter faucet installed, but that hole in the countertop was larger than 1 inch. So i had to hunt for a washer that would allow me to install this faucet using the same hole. Once installed, the faucet was leaking under the counter. So i had to take it apart again and found that the connectors connecting the water lines to the faucet were loose. Tightened those and re-installed and the leak stopped.The water quality seems good so far. No odor or taste, and looks clean. I can hear the rejected water being flushed into the drain periodically as it is being filtered.

I can taste the difference between the water from this filter and my old under-the-sink filter. It is definitely better. The water is completely clean, but remineralized. The faucet is attractuve and easy to clean. The instructions are easy to follow. They include information about what you can expect the filter to do, and cases in which you may need to have the water tested, or take further precautions.The setup is easy — the tubes just lock in, with just one connection requiring teflon tape and a wrench. The faucet comes with a spacer and standard nut, so it’s easy to install behind the sink without a special wrench. The faucet seems to have been made for a smaller hole than was already cut in my sink, but still works fine with the supplied washer.One concern I have is about the faucet. The manufacturer states that the faucet is not included in the certification. So, it could be a source of contamination. This could be a problem in any water filter, though some manufacturers don’t make that clear, as this one did. I would suggest that Aquasana have their faucets tested and included in the certification.

For now, I will keep it at a 3. The installation should have been easy, however the Spacer was too long for me as well (which has been reported by other customers as well). The water tastes good, seems to remove hard metals and the installation was easy otherwise. They should either provide a small spacer in the package or provide instructions for sawing it if required. Also, the pipes need to be cut square and inserted almost an inch, otherwise it will leak. I would also recommend installing an RO shut off valve, considering there is too many pipe connections.
