After years of buying bottled water we are actually able to drink water from the tap! The system wasn’t not difficult to install and well worth losing the under sink cabinet space. A visitor tried a glass of cold water and gulped it down. He said, “Now that’s what water is supposed to taste like!” In other words, it has no taste. So refreshing to drink.

I had it installed last week by my plumber. It looks great. The water tastes like soft water, probably from the mineralization tube as I have another brand in another room that tastes different. What I don’t like is the size of the tank. When I have more than 2 or 3 people drinking water from this unit, it gets too slow and we have to wait for it to catch up.

It took me 3-4 hours to install it. The biggest challenge is making the hole in the countertop (granite). I had to purchased the Milwaukee1 in. Diamond Plus Mini Hole Saw $36.Pros.Water tastes super clean.Cons.Every Time that I fill up a glass with water, the filter valve keeps wasting water for hours. I have to turn off (10 seconds) the cold water faucet to stop the spilling.

Love everything about this product except … when trying to install it the faucet fell right through the opening in our sink (the one that previously held the soap dispenser). It does NOT come with a necessary piece that prevents this from happening. They are not available either at big box home improvement stores so it is necessary to find a smaller plumbing store to fins something that you can adapt. Other than that, the water tastes great and it wasn’t too difficult to install.

Easy to install, works as it should but has about 2 gallons of drinking water reservoir. If you use all up at once then you just gonna sit and wait for couple hours before you have some. It literally stops.

I really was surprised by this product. I did not expect it to be simple to install and hired a Master Plumber. It turned out that the RO tank was not pressurized and caused much confusion. We also found out that this items test strip expired in 2016. That and the fact that the RO tank was not pressurized told me that this whole set-up was not the newest technology. This was much to my disappointment. The plumber managed to get it working after dealing with it on and off for three days. It seems to be working now but it certainly would have been nice it thiings had gone a little easier.

It seems like a nice system so far. I had an older unit that had such expensive replacement filters that it made economical sense to buy new. Everything was pretty much existing in my basement, so I cant really comment in detail about the entire installation process.

I’m going to rate average right now just installed. The faucet in not oil rubbed bronze, it is more bronze so it doesn’t match any oil rubbed bronze I have in the kitchen.

it is very nice product, was happy as there is no wait on water to get filtered and keep it on doing again and again. Checked with Home Depot and they don’t have anyone who can install the product they direct you to 3rd party which ask installation cost like anything also tried to sell their own product. I had to return the product as just to make one hole on the counter top was costing $300.

I installed the Aquasana a little over four weeks ago, and happy with the filtered water – it tastes much better compared what it used to be. The installation is not the easiest, but manageable. The faucet could be upgraded to a more modern and easier way to be under mounted over the count top, which took most of my time. I recommend anyone to watch the video on how to install via the Youtube.
