The tank was a little bigger than our old one so we had to move stuff around to fit under the sink, but it works great and fairly easy to install.

Is great product, water does not have chlorine smell and has good taste. I had plumber to install on February 23, 2018 and everything went almost well. Faucet came with attached tubes so plumber installed as it is but during tests water was leaking by faucet. Plumber told me is not his fault because it should be factory checked and he refused to remove and tighten it up. Faucet is still leaking water goes down on two red plastic tubes dripping massing my new cabinet. What should I do, will you send me a new faucets or I have to remove all equipment? Is there a way to fix leaking? I am sure item is still on warranty.I paid plumber already as agreed, he did other jobs in my kitchen working whole day.

The install went fine and the water tastes good, but if you have an icemaker you want your RO water to go to – good luck. I have 80 PSI coming into my house and my old Watts system worked the icemaker/water dispenser on my refrigerator just fine. However, the Aquasana system doesn’t produce enough pressure to drive it. I’m having to buy a booster pump for the icemaker to correct this – thus offsetting the savings. The system is ok, but I would have gone with the Watts system again (I got 10 years out of the old one) if I had known the system wouldn’t create enough pressure. BTW if you have an RO system and it suddenly loses pressure then develops a funny taste you need to replace it. The butyl membrane in the holding tank apparently started leaking in my old system. Changing the Acetate membrane in the RO unit won’t fix this.

This is a very high quality product. It was easy to install except for getting under the sink. The faucet is chrome and not plastic. The filters are easy to change in tight spaces. The directions were easy to read and straight forward. I bought this on a one day sale at a very good price.

Simple to install and seems to work fine so far. I was a bit disappointed that the faucet provided was for a 1-inch sink hole, as opposed to the standard predrilled 1.5-inch hole in my sink. Also, the length of poly line provided does not provide a lot of flexibility regarding where the equipment is mounted.

The filters are much easier to change on this system as compared to my 25 yr old system, and a like the final cartridge that adds back minerals. The faucet came with an adapter to fill a slightly smaller hole, but was not addressed in the instructions. No problems with refrigerator connection.

This unit has been in service in our home for about a month. The quality of the water produced is without peer, it’s smooth and while tasteless it has a quality of fullness I haven’t found in other units we sampled. Very satisfied and I highly recommend the Optim H2O RO system. It was easy to install and the fittings are tight. We especially like the brushed nickel spout. It’s elegant to look at and it also rotates easily to handle drinking glasses on the counter top as well as deeper containers that only fit in the sink. Great product.

This is such a wonderful product. Its savings is jet to be fully calculated but it replaced bottle water delivery. For my family, the water tastes fantastic. I expect to save 1,200 a year in bittle water service less the filter replacements. Yeah, no more carrying 5 gallon jugs in and out.
