Faucet itself is a bit on the cheap side and feels like it could break anytime.Be very careful not to catch the very skinny spout with a dish or pot…The metal sink cover that goes between the faucet base and sink is thin, sharp, cheap and barely….i mean just barely covers the hole it goes through in the sink. Alignment was a nightmare.It definitely does not cover any old scratches…Water taste great filtered through the Chinese made filters.

I had been paying for a popular water delivery service. I became totally frustrated with their incompetence, which included missed deliveries. I then remembered about the under the sink filter alternative. I checked for reviews. Aquasana came up with a very good rating. After receiving and installing the under sink three filter system, I have to agree. This Aquasana filter system is everything that I had hoped it would be. The product appears to be very well made. The instructions were very clear, and I was able to install it with no problems at all. The water tastes great. I only wish I had made the switch sooner.

I have an ice maker line that needed to be attached and Aquasana couldn’t/wouldn’t provide an extra piece of hose and extra fitting. So I had to search until I found the correct pieces and then order them on line. Very frustrating. You’d think Aquasana could have made this common part available. Also, even though this is the “Max Flow” version, it’s pretty slow – and getting slower after one month of use. Water tastes good.

Installation was reasonably easy but the water tastes like tap water. Your agent said that it does not remove minerals that are good because when I tested water the numbers were high. I only use the water for cooking because I do not like the taste. I will probably replace in the future.

I did not buy my Aquasana 3-Stage Under Counter Water Filter new. I bought it from a friend who used it in her coffee shop to filter the water for her machines. She wanted a larger one so I bought this one. Before installing it I replaced the filters. If you do not believe a water filter is worth it you will once you replace the filters and see what it removes. I was very impressed with how easy this was to install and equally as impressed with how much better the water tastes. I’m a customer for life now. I’m so impressed with this product that I plan on installing a whole house unit next year.

The biggest problem I’ve had with filters in the past is the water flow; it always is so slow. This unit is much faster. It’s also very simple to install and use; the alarm feature to remind you about filter change time is most convenient and you don’t have to guess anymore. Very pleased and would highly recommend.

Our little NH town water has always been subpar in taste, even though we have spent ten of millions on upgrades to water treatment. Our old fridge had just an internal filter, and it made the water okay. Since I was changing the water line anyway, I decided to buy this filter as a pre-filter to the fridge. Since our house has few shut offs, we hired a plumber friend to add a couple shut offs and properly install the Aquasana. We followed the directions of running a full 20 minutes before hooking to the fridge line. Then we ran 2 gallons from the fridge as that manual directed. In addition, we dumped the first 2 loads of ice. Since all that, I could not be more pleased with our water. No smell, no foul taste, and even the feel of the water in your mouth is pleasant. I read that some fridges don’t mate well with the filter, but ours has been running flawlessly for 3 days now.

Instillation was easy, the video was very helpful. I had some difficulty pushing the tubes all the way to their marked spots. There was leaking the first time because I hadn’t pushed the tubes in all the way, but I completed the tube insertion and it has worked great since then.
