So far so good. We went with stainless steel since we didn’t want to deal with chemicals in the non-sticks. Of course, that means it sticks more to the bottom and requires scrubbing. I’ve seen non-sticks stick after a few months, also when the bottom goes bad. Scrubbing that will cause even more chemicals to come out. I’d rather be safe with stainless steel.This is smaller than I expected but good enough for our family of 3. We usually cook 1-2 cups of rice and it’s fine. I like that it has a keep warm feature(although this can make the bottom rice a little hard and stick to the pot). I would buy again

The stainless Rice cooker has been and continues to be God ‘s blessing. It is sturdy, has a strong base, cooks great Rice, easy to wash after soaking in warm/hot soapy water without scratched from scouring pads. An item I would like to being to your attention, for further attention to the manufacturer (Aroma) of the Rice cooker is :—– The graduations (scale) inside the Rice cooker are for 3 cups of uncooked Rice, where as on the outside of the box, it is labeled as 6 cups. I would appreciate a change in the outside box label to 3 cups. Another item to the Manufacturer’s attention: If they have larger simply stainless Rice cooker, larger than 3 cups graduations on the inside , like 10 cups graduations (A larger size Rice cooker), we would like to buy this size as well. The size and capacity is just right for 1 or 2 people. It is simple and economical to use and clean. You have to experiment once or twice to determine the right amount of water to use, depending on the kind of rice, but once you determine the amount, it makes excellent rice, or quinoa every time.

This rice cooker is great. It’s nice and easy. Once the rice is measured and rinsed, you just put 2 cups in and fill up with water to the 2 line and push cook!! Stainless steel is good too.
