I needed an inexpensive staple gun for a light upholstery project, and this did the job. It’s well constructed and easy to use. My only suggestion is that the instructions can be a bit clearer on how to load the staples. I had to watch the video to find out that there is a second tab that you have to squeeze in order to release the magazine.

This is the first staple gun I’ve used in 30 years. I knew exactly how to put in the staples using the directions (although I had to use pliers to squeeze the lever to pull out the slide for the staples). It was super easy to use after that. I appreciate the safety lever on it as well!

I purchased this stapler to replace an old one that had seen it’s better days. I purchased this when I was re-upholstering some kitchen chairs. I was not sure what size staple I would need, so I purchased the combo package that had all three sizes of JT21 staples. I think that was a great purchase to go along with this staple gun, and I ended up using the 5/16” staples. This stapler worked well. The only thing I have negative to say is that at times I seemed to get a mis fired staple. I found that the bale that holds the handle down for storage as a safety feature, would work up and prevent the handle from being pulled all the way down, thus preventing the complete firing cycle. I think it is good to have this safety feature, but perhaps a clip to hold the bale down while using might be a good feature to add to the design.

I have a heavy duty stapler and recently have lost some strength in my hands (health stuff). I was having a very difficult time getting the staples to sink. Often having to use two hands. (It was also getting old lol) Decided to try a lighter stapler and wow, what a difference. This one is great for the small projects you have around the house. Smaller handle and grip. Sooo easy to use without having to use alot of pressure. VERY please with this product!

Like the title expresses, this is a great and affordable product. The only real complaint I have is the ring that holds the handle down sometimes catches while in operation. I go to staple multiple times and it snags the handle so I have to watch and make sure it isn’t flipped up. The design could be a little better in that regard. If there was a way to hold the clasp down, that would be great. Otherwise, love the product and would recommend!
