I got this switch and 2 AP-22’s. I have one AP-22 running POE at the switch and the other is plugged in upstairs. I also have several PC’s plugged directly into the switch Wi-Fi 6 is great and this switch is rock solid. The only time it’s offline is when it’s rebooting from a scheduled update (usually Sunday at 2am) or when the power has gone out. The app to control it all is easy to use and gives me quick control of the guest network.

I bought this as a supplement to a 1930 48-Port switch when I realized I was almost out of ports. Setup is super easy and the user interface is great. Setting up a guest network is a breeze. No issues so far.

I recently purchased this as an alternative to Unifi and wow…I really like the options and ability to edit this switch. The only thing I did not like is the cloud management. I prefer local because I don’t like putting my stuff at risk by going through the internet. We have enough vulnerabilities in our networks, why risk it even more. Besides the options for management is better for local than the cloud. If you can get this, go get it…great switch.

Poor function of multi-purpose Ethernet status LEDs makes quick diagnosis of Ethernet issues impossible. Well ventilated fabless design with internal 120v power supply was the most attractive feature.

Instant ON is a great solution. My switch came up quickly albeit not instantly. I was hoping I could look at the Instant On config and then change the switch to local web control which doesn’t appear possible. The unit has 8/8 ports with POE whereas my previous vendor only had 4/8. This works well for my Dante. Rework.
