Works as expected.

Based on the Aquantia 107 chipset. Works great. Have many other Aquantia based 10 gbe NIC’s including the Synology E10G18-T1. Added to a new Dell XPS 8950. Be warned you have to disable the internal 2.5 gbe NIC first or this card will act flaky !!!

Plug and play easy. Fast data transfer to NAS.

The card is too good to be true. Sure, it can connect at 10GB/s, but you’ll quickly find that the card will just stop working too. Then you have to reset it before you have any connectivity again. That might be almost passable for a client machine, but forget it for any machine that you want to use as some kind of server. It’s unfortunate, as this card had so much promise only to fall short, and it is most likely just a bad driver, and there isn’t a newer one that fixes it, and it’s been this way for over a year.

I have tried it on the DS1621+ but it is not compatible.

easy to install. Downloading and unzipping the drives were the hardest thing to do. As a replacement for the Ethernet card my computer came with. It’s night and day. I already see an improvement in my game play. Zero lag. No shudders, No missed shots.

It works as intended. I had no complications with install or use. I now get around 550mbs transfer speed between my PC and 10gb upgraded Synology NAS.
