Take your online gaming performance to the next level with the ROG GT-AX11000 Tri-Band Wi-Fi Gaming Router from ASUS. Boasting a total aggregate data throughput of up to 11,000 Mb/s and eight external antennas, this tri-band router supports Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax), a wireless standard that allows for data speeds up to 2.53 times faster than the Wi-Fi 5 standard.
The ROG GT-AX11000 comes equipped with a 2.5 Gb/s WAN/LAN Ethernet port, as well as a Gigabit Ethernet WAN port, four Gigabit Ethernet LAN ports, and two USB 3.0/3.1 Gen 1 ports for sharing files or devices across the network.
Compatible with ASUS AiMesh Wi-Fi routers, the ROG GT-AX11000 supports 4 x 4 multi-user MIMO, which allows the router to transfer data with multiple devices simultaneously. The router also supports a series of ASUS technologies that help to ensure gaming data packets are prioritized on the network.

Over 500mbps from every part of our 900 sq. ft. place. That’s without changing any configuration settings or even being on WiFi 6.

It is a fast router for video streaming but I did not intend to make it gaming. Quick setup! ASUS router Menu is easier than before.

I bought this router to replace my of 10 years! I am not disappointed at all! It was easy to set up and configure my settings and I have not had to reboot at all since installation! I was having to reboot my old router at least 3 times a week! I love that I can have my PS5 and my son’s Xbox X on its own separate 5ghz dedicated network. I also likes that it allows the rest of my devices on the best network that device can handle. I am very happy with my purchase!

I replaced my Netgear orbi mesh router system with these Asus routers because my orbi routers kept dropping the connection. These Asus routers are not only SCREAMING FAST but I haven’t dropped a signal on any device. After a lot of research I can to the conclusion if you want rock solid and fast connections, the current “typical” mesh routers marketed aren’t your best option. Gaming routers are much stronger, faster and have more configuration options.

My old router was locking up quite often. I wanted something that would support all of our devices without having problems. I’m happy to say that with 2 laptops, 4 TVs, 2 phones, and a ring camera and doorbell the wifi has been great. My gaming desktop is ethernet connection only and the router has performed great.

Perfect WiFi 6 router. Went through 2 competitors that were not going to work in the ways I needed. This router handles many devices, fiber internet speeds, and private/guest network very well. Fast processor on it makes it function and respond like a dream when working on it.

Wouldn’t work with meshAI. Support basically said. “It should. We don’t know. Maybe it’s broken?” Suggested I pay to have it “repaired” even though it’s a software issue. Nah. Lol.

Just bought the new router. It’s quite a piece of gear. The problem I had was that it kept dropping all my Tp-Link smart device clients every few seconds which made the whole thing a mess. After doing some research I concluded that it was a firmware update in September that started the difficulty so I downgraded the firmware to July and now it works great. When they get there ducks in a row over at Asus, this router will be a rock star.

I have always had a good experience with ASUS products as a whole, but the GT-AX11000 has been excellent. Performance and stability are great.

I use this router in a large home connected to about 65 devices with two hardwired AC 1900 mesh routers. The wireless performance is great and coverage inside the house and in the outbuildings is flawless. If I have any complaint, it concerns the 1 gb of RAM. I use this device as a media server to access 28 tb of movies and photos and the memory is maxed out.

Range, Speed, Prioritization, Granular Control, This router is absolutely amazing and if you have the space for it you won’t go wrong.

i’d give it 5 stars if the menu system were revamped. Had to dig deep to turn off some of the QoS that was drastically reducing my ISP speed by half and causing intermittent drops.

Rock solid and performs BETTER than advertisements. Dependable performance that’s actually MUCH better than the attached internet lately. The ISP has clearly traceable problems and we used this device to prove problems were external to this device. The monitoring is easy and setup/maintenance is almost intuitive. I use this at two other sites I manage because I can always rely on them to be functioning as expected.

Great wireless router with good security features. Very large footprint.

If you are new to routers, the GT AX11000 may be too complex. You can control numerous parameters and settings. Since it is a new WiFi 6 router, it still needs more firmware updates to tweak connection reliability.
