I got this because I wanted to work with 2 monitors on my laptop. The docking station works just fine and it’s easy to set up. However, to use it, you have to keep your laptop screen up. I have limited desk space and was hoping I could close my laptop screen. Nevertheless, I’m able to use both monitors and would recommend this.

Works great! Syncs well with my gaming monitor and the m/k.

I bought this for my son so the comments about customer service and delivery are mine. I would rate that score 5 stars! I am using my son’s comments here for actual use. It was easy to setup and comfortable to use, one aspect that he hasn’t tried yet is the HDMI port but his opinion is 5 star on the actual daily use.

Product does not work to replicate to external monitors.

This dock works but it doesn’t charge my note book. I would have prefered one that charges through the usb c port like all the other brands. I believe the chip shortage may be the reason I couldn’t get the dock I wanted. It does give me dual screens that is a plus.

I found out the unit was not compatible with my ASUS laptop. When shopping it needs to me more clear! Of course the compatible docking station is out of stock!

Below my expectation. The docking station is not a plug a play comparing to similar products from Dell or Microsoft. Also, it comes with a CD driver disk which my new Asus Zenbook does not support. I have connected a second monitor and other peripherals on the docking station and my Asus Zenbook does not sense their existence. Very frustrated.
