Given the specifications, this unit worked pretty much as expected. The one thing I wasn’t happy about – and it wasn’t listed in the specs – is the micro SD card reader. While the machine definitely has a USB 3.0 bus, the reader is on a USB 2.0 bus restricting the throughput. Not everyone needs / uses the card reader but that would have been nice to know upfront as it is something I use for transferring files.
