Enjoy low-latency, stable connections, and faster throughput with the RT-AX3000 AX3000 Wireless Dual-Band Gigabit Router from ASUS. This router utilizes the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands, 160 MHz bandwidth, and 1024-QAM modulation to boost total network speeds to 3000 Mb/s. With 2×2 MU-MIMO and OFDMA technologies, the RT-AX3000 can deliver two dedicated upload/download streams per band, and pushes data to all connected devices simultaneously rather than in sequence. Additional features include free lifetime security, mobile power saving technology, and AiMesh whole-home network support. This makes the RT-AX3000 an ideal choice for a home with many devices and a need for fast, stable wireless internet access.

Have purchased Asus before and just like previous buys this router is tops. Easy setup and connection, a lot of features for the money. Very pleased.

I was prepared to spend hours on getting our new router installed. Instead using the smart phone app it took me only a few minutes to configure. And it performs as expected.

Exelent router and features with great range at a affordable price.

Though able to set up NEARLY everything with some difficulty, I have not been able yo set up either of my SMART TVs, one about 1 foot from the router, the other about 15 feet. The WPS button doesn’t seem to do anything. I was able to set up my Apple TV (the only piece of Apple gear I have), but that is plugged directly to the ethernet port. I wouldn’t recommend it to a novice unless they had a good tech guy. They do, however, answer the phone for tech support without making you wait forever, seem to be well-versed though they couldn’t get either of my SMART TVs to connect.

The setup was easy with a laptop and the Web interface. I cloned the previous settings from my old router. All my existing devices connected without issues.

So far so good with this router. I am getting above the speeds that my cable company says i’m supposed to get on 5 gig channel. Signal is strong thru out our house. 2400 sf.

Great Router. Set up was very easy. This router replaced an older Apple Extreme router. I love the iPhone/iPad app for controlling the router and finding info on the router. The only issue I had was setting up a port for my NAS but the app AICloud solved that issue as I really didn’t need a port open. I also connected a USB 3.1 SSD to the router for external storage. The app also “sees” my NAS so again, the port was not needed.

This router is working so much better than the previous brand we had. The dead spots are gone and there is no lag on our many devices. Great router. I highly recommend it!

Greatly increased range and service quality. With dozens of neighboring wifi nodes this router does much better than my old one. Setup was very easy.

To early for a 5 star. Need to see if this product last longer than 2 years.

This Asus router was purchased to upgrade a few years old TP-Link AC1750 router due to a whole family working/schooling from home during Covid pandemic. The old router wasn’t able to handle 4 people streaming, using meets, VPN, etc. The new Asus router fixed all that. Connections are fast and do not slow down. The range also increased so we all have more bars at the same locations. Would definitely recommend this router if you need to handle multiple simultaneous connections. Backwards compatibility with my older 2.4GHz equipment is also a plus.

I replaced an 8 year old Aus Dark Knight RT-N66U with this router. Wow, going from WiFi4 to WiFi6 is a huge step forward. Setup was super easy (I really like the Asus user interface) even with needing to do Port Forwarding for a surveillance system. Its been less than a wek since i installed it but so far WiFi speeds are faster than my cable internet can provide (and it is great as well). I also hardwired an Asus AX1800S in a garage in my backyard as an Access Point for extended coverage when out there. I have not found any deadspots yet. I will update if anything goes wrong.

This router provides far better distance on 2.4 and 5G bands than my old one. It also supports AX which can talk to an ipad. However, my limit is cable modem at 200mb , so I left AX off. Older A / C devices had trouble connecting with AX enabled.

This is a very effective compact router with a long enough range that I can use my internet outside in my garden and in my shop.

This router had a bit of a learning curve for me, but I soon figured it all out and installation and setup went well. I recommend this router to those looking for a fast, long range device.

Waste of money. Spent eight hours over two days with: ~ASUS rep ~Spectrum rep ~Dell rep Could never get it to work. Bought another router, hooked it to modem, connected my devices and voila, I was up and running in an hour.

it’s much better than the Verizon router. And it covers my one story house and basement.

Works fine; must activate online should be #1 on “Getting Startedl list.
