Pros: – Fairly comfortable. YMMV in terms of how it fits, but it definitely gives you a feeling of isolation (in a positive way). – Good sound, decent mic pickup. – Mic is flexible. – The mic mute button is annoying until you learn to remember that it’s there, but thereafter it’s handy to have around. – This is definitely a straightforward headset — which I love. Plug and play on all my devices, standard 3.5 connection, simple volume slider, and so on. Just plug it in and do your thing. Cons: – The construction is a bit less sturdy than what I was hoping for. It’s not exactly flimsy, but doesn’t seem like it’ll be long-lasting, either. – The microphone being so adjustable has a downside – it’s hard to keep in a good position. Even setting down the headset can adjust the mic.

The headset is fine. I thought the mic was removable, but it’s not. That’s on me for not fully reading the specs. The adjustment to make the headset larger feels a little cheap. The price makes up for any limitations.

I have over 30 pairs of different brand headphones,ranging from $10 to $500,models from Koss,Marantz ,Bose, AKG,Audio-Technica, Sony and many more, mainly models for audio. Asus headphones sound so good ,that I now use them for a critical listening. They are high sensitivity, have very wide soundstage,and excellent stereo separation, frequency response is perfect,from top to bottom,very satisfying experience ,vocals are very clear,but not dominant, bass is deep and precise,very revealing, the smallest variations in this range are apparent. In my opinion,this headphones are very neutral,and are better than twice more expensive models . I like them so much and I don’t see any weaknesses. They are better than many models over $100.
