ASUS has a winner here , this adapter has great range and never drops a connection. Super Easy to setup and connects right away , no delays. Drivers are very reliable and stable.

We had an older USB Wi-Fi adapter on this computer. It was failing to connect and dropping out. We replaced it with this Asus USB adapter and are able to take advantage of the dual band abilities. The connection is much faster and is much more reliable. It has transformed the computer from being useless on the network/internet to being good and fast.

I bought this adapter after reading all the rave reviews. I have a Linksys WUSB6300, and wanted to compare the two adapters. IMO, both of these adapters are too big for a laptop. The Asus is much larger than the Linksys, but a little faster. The Asus comes with a USB extension that you can use to sit it on something nearby, for better reception. I am going to use it for a workstation to be able to connnect wireless devices (like a Printer). Between the two, the Asus is not enough faster than the Linksys to justify the higher price. JMHO!

Installed on Mac Pro. No real instructions or manual. Two mac drivers included with no explanation what the difference is. Tried each. No connection possible. Wasted $90.

Good choice for a USB wireless connection

I installed this on a workstation that does not have internal WiFi, and I have not regretted it. This little WiFi adapter works great, I have had no problems. I would definitely recommend it to anyone needing an external WiFi adapter.

It’s great for on the go and it’s really reliable.
